How I felt about policy changes and if there was a policy I didn't agree with, how would I handle it

Most policy changes are necessary to help grow and expand companies. They also help increase efficiency and clarify procedures. Most procedures are to the betterment of the company, not detriment. If it's something I don't agree with, I would discuss it with my manager and perhaps give feedback.
