Given two binary strings, write a function that adds them. You are not allowed to use any built in string to int conversions or parsing tools. E.g. Given "100" and "111" you should return "1011". What is the time and space complexity of your algorithm?

In Python: def normalize_length(str1, str2): len1 = len(str1) len2 = len(str2) if (len1 = 0): if (input2[i] == "1") and (input1[i] == "1"): if(carry): result = "1" + result carry = 1 else: carry = 1 result = "0" + result i -= 1 if (input2[i] == "1") and (input1[i] == "0"): if (carry): result = "0" + result else: result = "1" + result i -= 1 if (input2[i] == "0") and (input1[i] == "1"): if (carry): result = "0" + result else: result = "1" + result i -=1 if (input2[i] == "0") and (input1[i] == "0"): if (carry): result = "1" + result carry = 0 else: result = "0" + result i -=1 if(carry): result = "1" + result carry = 0 return(result) str1 = "111" str2 = "1011" print(normalize_length(str1, str2)) print(add_binary(str1, str2)) Obviously there are better ways to do this, but hey: my solution is O(N).
