Still you are not serious about your work and stuck in past(4th may). English communication, grammar, blah blah blah is next step during interview process, first you have to learn basic manners, atticates and how to behave/ appear ? while interviewing experienced candidate. You must focus on learning those things either from 12th std student or can go through some crash course. Do not blame other to overcome or hide your mistakes.
