Do you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and value variety in your daily work? Then join our team as a Working Student Receptionist / Service Staff (f/m/d) and support us flexibly across Reception, Bar, Service, and Kitchen operations at MEININGER Hotel Munich Olympiapark.

YOUR TASKS

• You welcome our guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and prepare key cards accurately and securely

• You support guests in a friendly and solution-oriented manner and provide information about our services and local recommendations

• You actively collect guest feedback, contribute to positive reviews, and represent our MEININGER service standards

• You open, operate, and close the bar while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an attractive presentation of food and beverages

• You prepare drinks, snacks, simple cold dishes, lunch packages, and support breakfast and group service operations

• You ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order across Reception, Bar, Service, and Kitchen areas

• You handle administrative tasks such as guest registration, cash handling, lost & found, and operational checklists

• You support stock planning and ordering processes, follow HACCP and safety guidelines, and contribute to sustainable resource usage

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled at university and can provide a valid certificate of enrolment for the current semester

• You are motivated to support different operational areas and enjoy working in a dynamic environment

• You are confident using MS Office, online tools, and ideally Front Office systems such as Sihot, ASSD, or Fidelio

• You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are a plus

• You are communicative, enjoy being a host, and have a strong service-oriented mindset

• You work independently, stay structured even in busy situations, and can flexibly switch between different tasks and departments

• You enjoy teamwork, are resilient, capable of multitasking, and value accuracy, cleanliness, and organization
