If you're looking for salary, it's a great company. But if you're looking for money it isn't. The company has some old employees (Akansha's Team). They're the only one's who're able to get sales and earn incentives, which are honestly quite great. They have the monopoly for the proper leads. Earning any incentives could be a pipe dream unless you're in Akansha's team. So scope of incentives= close to 0 Management knows about it, but doesn't care as they have regional targets. So if it's her team or somebody else's it's all the same for them.
