The good points mentioned above are not the one who keeps the company stronger. Less than 1 year and all the managers left and new ones came by referring one and another. Funny right? Suddenly people found new opportunities and decided to leave and the new ones that just joined have all worked together in the past.
Leads are not able to be leads. They dont have the skill, they dont know how to create a high performance team. They just accept what it is and thats it. Theres no inspiration coming from leaders at Pipedrive.
Communication is poor, theres no transparency.. Decisions without any embayment. It is SAD to see how Pipedrive is getting worse day by day.
