In my experience, the most difficult part of working here was the lack of meaningful support from senior leadership. Executive management felt entirely disconnected from the realities staff faced, and there was little sense that employee wellbeing, workload, or professional development were priorities. When serious issues arose, there was often nowhere to turn. I often found it difficult to get timely support from HR and leadership felt distant, with employees left to manage demanding or at times intimidating clients alone.
AI was frequently presented as the default answer to operational and creative problems, but it cannot replace proper leadership, realistic staffing, or genuine support for employees. Working hours felt unregulated, overworking was common, and there was little intervention from senior management to protect teams from burnout. At the same time, there appeared to be virtually no path for promotion, salary progression, or career growth. Hard work was not meaningfully recognised, and long-term development felt nonexistent.
The overall environment became deeply demotivating and, at times, genuinely disheartening to work in. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to creatives looking for a supportive, sustainable, or growth-oriented workplace.
