      - start-up in one of the world's most interesting and disruptive industries - great product (bitcoin exchange) for an innovative, international market - everyone is motivated & works hard to achieve the company's goals - management and execs are always open to new ideas

      - People hardly ever take PTO :) - Some team members are remote, so sometimes they feel like they 'miss out'
