good contract customer was expectin at least a year plus of working with a a company called microsoft. made good friends at the last job i did with them.

contract barely lasted 5 months for me, less for others. I felt used as a tax write off, They laid us off without notice. We had suspected it would happen again after the first time 300 people got let go. When it happened the first time we were surprised now the second time I got to be angry. They lack communication and knowing how to handle an overpopulated work place and proper protocol about laying people off. for some people who relocated and they have still not recieved pay and since their contract is over they may not even recieve it.

Didn't get the chance to experience any good things as it was through a military fellowship.

If you’re a military spouse going through the MYSECO program, be cautious when working with TEKsystems. In my experience, they recruited military spouses for positions with very strict attendance policies and little flexibility something that can be extremely difficult for active-duty military families managing unpredictable schedules and obligations. I also encountered inaccuracies during the interview process regarding the role itself. When I later addressed those concerns, the response felt dismissive, and attempts to provide feedback were met with unprofessional communication and ultimately no follow-up at all. Even a simple “thank you for your feedback” response would have shown professionalism and respect. I understand staffing agencies have contracts to fill, but it felt like military spouses were being treated more as numbers to place rather than individuals with unique challenges tied to military life. I hope this feedback encourages better transparency, communication, and consideration for military families in the future.
