Remote work setup is fine

Pay is very low for the expected workload. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or is purposely sinking the companies that they acquire, or maybe both. Makes drastic changes without even minimal communication or preparation for what comes next.

Used to be innovative in the corporate training world, but due to employee turnover and general mismanagement, company is a shell of what it used to be. Lots of talented employees got frustrated and left. Clients have also left over the years. Company is contracting, due to poor management.
