Tasks

As a Senior Business Analyst for the global compensation system, your main responsibilities include understanding requirements from product users, coordinating with the product vendor and driving change in the product while supporting the users in complex issues. It will also include developing junior talent and training them on system specific tasks.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in the area of information technology or computer science or business
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product development and testing
  • Experience in business requirements gathering and translating them into technical requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Basic database management and SQL skills
  • Basic programming skills for at least one programming language
  • MS Office skills in advanced Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to comfortably drive senior leadership discussions
  • Fluent in English language skills (minimum C2), German language skills a plus
