As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Account Management at Compado, you will support Account Management in the strategic development of their top partners across industries, while learning about the ins and outs of Account Management. You are a self-starter and want to grow your professional experience in a fast-paced environment? Well, then you are our perfect fit!

Role & Responsibilities

• You Support account managers with execution of tasks across industries
• You Support management of accounts and manage small accounts yourself
• You Research and analyze industries to identify growth opportunities for partners
• You Prepare and evaluate business leads for account management to contact
• You Proactively share your suggestions and ideas to help serve our business partners better
• You Structure your own work and communication across industries and departments

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a business or science related program in university in Germany
• You actively share your suggestions and ideas and help the team serve customer needs
• You are extremely organized and have a self-starter attitude
• You are confident and equipped with a professional mindset
• You are intrinsically motivated to learn on the job and support your team members
• You are communicative, not afraid to ask questions and a kick-ass team player
• You have can write and fluently speak in English
• Your analytical skills and project-management talents are a big plus
