Conduct and develop Technical Service Trainings for Technicians MSA Personnel, Partners and End-User, in close cooperation with Training Coordinator.

• Conduct Technical Trainings

• Conduct Technical Trainings for Technicians MSA Personnel, Partners and End-Users, in close cooperation with Training Coordinator.
• Covering Essen and Munich area
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, certifications etc.)
• Recondition the Training samples after the training, cleaning, complete and test of used devices when needed.
• Booking and preparing of Training rooms, Maintain Training Aids, Equipment & Tools.
• Determine course content according to objectives, through direct customer contact.
• Schedule and lead joint dinners for the participants when needed.
• When required cover Service task on MSA Products

• Develop Training course content

• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
• Develop Training formats in cooperation with product experts, face to face, hybrid and pure online internet-based learning,
• Improve digital learning platform by using latest Multimedia Technologies.
• Develop and conduct Online Technical courses to update technical teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics or similar field)
• Technical profile with High-end Technical Skills, Excellent Training skills, affinity with Software applications.
• Language skills: German Native excellent level, English business fluent.
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking during face-to-face and in On-Line Trainings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
• Qualification in MS Office/MS Office advanced level
• Proven experiences as Technical Trainer
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset.
• Travel: 60 %
