Our client, a leading Maritime machinery Company, who designs and manufactures premium systems vital to the propulsion, manoeuvring and performance of vessels engaged in all types of marine activities, is seeking a German speaking Service Sales Manager to join in their fast-growing team.
Your Role:
- Building and distributing capacity to provide service activities for current product portfolio Involve in full sales process and upsell extra services if possible on company's products;
- Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of work reports into commercial service and commissioning reports in close corporation with the service team;
- Provide representation and expansion of the service apparatus;
- Monitoring and adjusting an effective service organization, including post-project calculations;
- Actively work with the QA/QC department.
- Continuously improve and optimize service processes, initiate and implement changes and improvements within the service department;
What you need to have:
- Practical experience in the Ship Maintenance industry is a plus
- Min 5 years B2B Sales experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to travel 30% of time, company car provided
