What you'll do:
- Working directly with senior leadership to continue to scale Inkitt from a tech startup to a hyper-growth tech company
- Being part of a mighty Venture Development team with diverse backgrounds
- Driving your own projects across Inkitt's teams where no week will be the same: You could create financial business cases, negotiate a new marketing partnership, and run a content analysis all in one week
- Collaborating with stakeholders across all functions and gaining first-hand experience to lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects across the globe
- Staying informed of the most relevant topics and projects that are driving the business at any given point in time, therefore becoming an extension of the Leadership team
Who you are:
- Relevant experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience, of which at least 1 year at a high-growth startup
- Startup hungry: You excel in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and you welcome new challenges
- Committed to building an in-person work culture: You prefer a hybrid work model with both in-office and remote work
- Speed: Ability to execute multiple priorities very rapidly
- Flexibility and adaptability: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. You cope effectively with complexity and change
- Calmness under pressure: You maintain stable performance when under pressure
- Structured mind: You are an organizational ninja, bringing structure to chaos in a powerful way
- High reliability: If you say you will do it, then one can trust that it will be done 100%
- Honesty and integrity: You do not cut corners ethically. You earn trust and maintain confidence, and exhibit discretion when handling confidential information. You do what is right. You speak plainly and truthfully
- Proactivity and ownership: You act without being told what to do. You bring new ideas to the company. You are able to operate independently
- Work ethic: Not only do you have strong business acumen, but you possess a strong willingness to work as hard as is needed to get the job done
- English fluency (German is not a must, but preferred)
- Nice to have: SQL skills
