What you'll do:

Build and maintain systematic reporting and dashboards to foster self-service data culture
Conduct deep dives to understand feature / component performance and user behavior, evaluate AB tests, and extract actionable insights
Drive research and modeling around retention, conversion and renewal drivers
Partner with Product Managers working to improve our apps
Support the business with ad-hoc analyses
Build data pipelines to support reporting and analyses, and help shape our evolving data infrastructure
Foster data self-service culture in the product & engineering teams

Who you are:

Autonomous, business savvy and not afraid to get your hands dirty
Startup hungry; you excel in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and you welcome new challenges
Committed to building an in-person work culture; you prefer a hybrid work model
5+ years data analysis experience in an online product business, with a proven track record of building analytics tools and generating insights
Excellent command of SQL and experience with large data sets (we use Redshift and Postgres)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into plain language
Great command of Python (especially data-related libraries such as numpy, pandas, etc.)
Great understanding of frequentist statistics, time series analysis and forecasting techniques
Nice to have: Experience with BI / reporting tools such as Looker, Redash, or Tableau (we use Redash)
Nice to have: Experience with ETL-related tools such as DBT or Airflow
Nice to have: Applied experience with AB testing
Fluent in English
