• Develop and execute differentiation strategy during the rollout phase in alignment with Product Management, Industry Management, and Sales
• Define and manage lighthouse customers together with sales and industry management
• Proactively meet with lighthouse customers on a regular base and act as single point of contact
• Consolidate and prioritize market requirements as feedback from the lighthouse customers
• Develop and rollout sales material, demo packages and communication strategy for the sales teams
• Support prioritization process between R&D, Industry Management, and program team from a lighthouse customer perspective
• Develop success stories together with marketing and the first customers to push the global rollout
• Drive the rollout of new business models and support the needed changes
• Prepare for a continuous rollout of new features with regular product updates and a scalable ecosystem
• Alignment with product management to ensure a market driven phase out of the predecessors.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and product portfolio management
• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial HRC Applications
• Experience in innovation management
• Comprehensive knowhow of robotics market, KUKA robotics products and organizational structure
• Ability to analyze problems and create business value
• Hands-on-mentality
• Structured and focused working attitude
• Strong target orientation and clear goal setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills on all hierarchy levels
• Fluent English
