Requirements Manager (m/w/d) for Systems Engineering and Requirement Development

What You Will Do

• You lead and develop processes and content for requirement elicitation, analysis, assignment, and documentation at various system levels
• You actively participate in system definition together with module and system leaders by providing product and system requirements
• You define processes, methods and tools (PMT) together with relevant process users and experts
• You work closely with architecture management and other systems engineering and cross-functional functions within the organization
• You implement the processes, methods as well as tools after release and check as well as report the compliance of the processes
• You train and coach process users and provide appropriate material (e.g. templates, training) for process application
• You coordinate the required process interfaces with the respective partners and system architecture management
• You define, collect as well as report key figures for relevant processes and support the continuous improvement of the system engineering processes

What You Will Bring

• Several years of experience in systems engineering, especially in requirements engineering, preferably in the automotive or agricultural technology industry
• Applied knowledge in formal requirements management and system architecture
• Experience in managing requirements in a multidisciplinary and complex project environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English, further language skills an advantage

A Plus If You Have

• Applied knowledge of system modeling languages e.g. SysML as well as practical experience with requirements and MBSE tools
• High motivation to continuously improve and automate processes using state-of-the-art technologies as well as agile and lean methodologies
• Strong interdisciplinary technical interest and understanding in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and software development
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with international teams
