You will be part of K15t’s Operations team and work in a self-organized and interdisciplinary environment. You’ll be part of an international team and work at our beautiful office on Stuttgart’s east side, enjoying many unique benefits and numerous opportunities to develop your ideas at K15t.

Your Future Role

You are responsible for the smooth organization of K15t’s office and act as the primary contact person for our colleagues and guests, actively contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.
You will work together with the team on innovative projects and process optimization.
You will organize internal events, such as our quarterly Team Weeks, the annual Company Outing, the Summer party, the Christmas party, Hacketse events, and provide support for external events, like the Atlassian Team Conference.
You will take over travel management and travel expense reporting.
You will be responsible for purchasing and procurement.
You will be involved in day-to-day operations, including answering incoming calls in German and English, welcoming guests, etc.

Your Background

You have a high degree of service orientation, accuracy, reliability, and flexibility.
You bring organizational talent and a structured, independent way of working.
You are a team player and can communicate well with others and you have a talent for making people feel welcome and valued.
You are confident both in German and English.
Education/experience in the commercial field is preferred but not mandatory, but a passion for bringing joy to the workplace is essential!
