As the Office Manager/Administrator at Sanford Federal Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. You will be responsible for managing project-related administrative work and providing support to various departments within the organization. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our projects and operations.
Project Administration: Manage administrative tasks related to ongoing projects. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure proper coordination, documentation, and timely completion of administrative deliverables.
Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to office supplies management, maintenance of office equipment, and general office organization.
Budget and Expense Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking for project-related expenses. Ensure expenses are within allocated budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the organization by disseminating information, scheduling meetings, and maintaining contact lists.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project plans. Organize and archive documents to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
Human Resources Support: Collaborate with HR to support recruitment efforts, onboarding of new employees, and maintenance of personnel records.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for employees and project teams as required, including booking accommodations, transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are well-coordinated and executed.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary services and supplies for the office and projects.
Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
