Tasks
- Your area of responsibility includes the support of national and international innovation and digitization projects as well as our technology partnerships
- You advise and train on IT and data protection issues with national and international relevance
- Furthermore, you inform and advise the management regarding data protection and monitor its compliance
- You are responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, contract negotiations, terms and conditions and data protection concepts
- In addition, you represent DEKRA SE and its group companies in judicial and official proceedings
Qualifications
- State examination or comparable international legal qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an international law firm or an international group in the field of IT contract and data protection law
- Good understanding of legal, economic and digital contexts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English
- High degree of initiative and confident appearance
- Teamwork, intercultural competence and integrity
