- Motivation to discover and teach outside the curriculum
- Ideally, you have a state-recognized elementary school teaching degree (or foreign equivalent)
- You are creative, take initiative, and you can foster individual talent
- You have excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- You’re passionate about guiding learning partners on their way to becoming self-determined and self-confident young people
- You can integrate individualization and differentiation in your lessons
- You’re keen on actively shaping the future of our learning house
- You’re excited about working within our innovative school concept (i.e., bilingualism, daily movement, healthy organic food, grade level mixing, and working in a teaching team as well as additions to the Bavarian curriculum such as créAktiva, Curiosology, IT and Future Skills)
