Your mission

As IT Project Manager (m/f/d) you will define and manage the project scope, budget, timeline and resources and ensure completeness of solution design, development and testing using classic and agile project methodologies.

• 
  Closely collaborate with our Product Owner and Development Team, the responsible IT and Business departments of our customer and external partner
• Manage projects from initiation to successful implementation
• Understand business needs and pain points, requirements and expectations as these relate to technology and digital service offerings
• Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address customer needs
• Be heavily involved in risk, issue and overall stakeholder management and ensure the successful implementation of our IT solutions
• Support the Go-Live and hypercare phases of our projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Report and escalate to management as appropriate
• Write and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Development of detailed project plans to track progress
• Measuring and evaluating project performance

Your profile

• More than 3 years of professional experience as IT Project Manager
• Profound expertise in agile and classic project methodologies (PMI , Scrum)
• Strong interest to enable the implementation of new technologies in regard to automation and digitalization
• Understanding and experience of logistics and rail freight processes would be strongly beneficial
• Ability to present, influence and challenge stakeholders on senior management level
• Motivation to work in an international and distributed team and project environment
• Hands-on, can-do mentality, solution-thinking
• Fluent oral and written German and English language skills
