• Maintaining personnel files for the office to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies
• Coordination of recruiting and development workshops and events, including on-site support
• Handling of expenses and reimbursements within the Human Capital Team
• Completing special projects regarding various issues as needed, both local and global

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Display well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
• Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
• Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

And have:

• First experience in administrative or office work in related field
• Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• Very good knowledge of English and German
