As our first Head of Marketing (all genders), you will work directly with our Founder & CEO to drive our brand's success through product (experience) marketing, strategic brand marketing & communication, Loyalty and Retention Marketing, and innovative growth initiatives. You will build a thriving and impactful brand presence nationally and internationally. You will begin this role as a leading individual contributor with the goal of building up a team and agency support streamlined with the company's growth.

You will be working on:

Brand Marketing & Communication Strategy

  • Develop and manage a compelling brand framework that defines unique user experiences based on our brand values and competitive USP.

  • Ensure consistent implementation of all customer touchpoints and marketing channels, including all physical touchpoints, digital platforms, and print advertising.

Loyalty and Retention Marketing

  • Collaborate with partners to introduce engaging workout challenges and innovative loyalty programs, reinforcing customer commitment and recognition.

  • Design a cohesive CRM journey, integrating chat, email, and newsletters to deepen customer connection and enhance the brand experience.

Product (Experience) Marketing

  • Collaborating with the product team, you are crafting a transformative workout experience that elevates the ordinary, fosters insights, instill pride, and deepens connections among our customers.

  • You guide customers to understand and engage with our products, effectively communicating the comprehensive value of everything we build for them.

Leading Acquisition & Growth

  • With the introduction of new cities, recruit and onboard a growth marketer to lead customer acquisition efforts, utilizing traditional growth marketing avenues.

  • Craft and roll out pre-sales and launch campaigns, integrating local promotions, special pricing, and referral strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Job Requirements

What you need to be great at this job
  • You have a strong sense of designing persuasive workout experiences, including all customer touchpoints (offline & online)

  • Strong ability to guide customers to understand and engage with our products

  • Effectively communicate the comprehensive value of everything we build with superior content creation and curation skills to reflect the brand's voice and values

  • Strong project execution skills, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Emphatic collaboration with the product and operational teams

  • Familiarity with budget management and basic financial understanding
