An exciting opportunity has arisen within the new Mars Petcare Division, Science and Diagnostics. We are looking for a Finance Integration Manager to support the integration of newly acquired businesses within Europe. This position, based out of Viernheim, will lead and organise finance integration workstreams into the standardised and efficient Mars Operating Model.

Finance Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Finance Integration of newly acquired businesses into the Mars Science and Diagnostics Division within Europe.
Lead and organise finance integration workstreams (Financial Controls, 13 Period Adoption, Planning and Reporting, Management Reporting, Risk Management, Purchase Accounting, External Reporting, Treasury, Internal Audit, PCI Compliance, Tax, External Audit and Global Benefits Accounting) as defined in the Finance Integration Playbook.
Co-ownership of full adherence to the Finance Manual throughout the Integration process.
Work closely with the leadership teams about key integration deliverables and give timely updates.
Provide ongoing business support of the wider integration approach across different functional workstreams and departments.
Participate in drafting the post integration organisational setup.
Act as support for the key integration participants across all finance workstreams.
Collaborate and work closely with the finance teams of the newly acquired businesses and ensure efficient integration implementation and design financial setup.

Skills and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
Proven experience within a similar finance related role for a minimum of 4 years
Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
Knowledge of Mars' financial infrastructure is an asset
Solid financial working knowledge and business acumen
Strong communication, partnering, and organisational agility skills
Period close understanding
Knowledge of Management reporting and External Reporting systems
Recurring reports, including the required level of effort
FP&A impacts of various integration activities, loading plan, converting our reporting to 13 periods
