Position Title: Client Service Specialist

Step into an instrumental role as a Client Service Specialist with Carradice Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial.

The Client Service Specialist enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, supporting office functions as needed, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. This role requires superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skill sets. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. We are looking for a financial professional capable of sophisticated client service to assist with a variety of functions.

Responsibilities and time allocation may change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisors.

Position functions:

  • Attend client meetings to support advisors.
  • Take notes and follow up with meeting notes and task(s) delegation to achieve meeting objectives.
  • Check and process mail.
  • Accept, deposit, and track incoming checks/funds.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide desired information or route to appropriate team member for service to provide timely service.
  • Money movement for cash or SPSD.
  • Complete assignments to accomplish corporate objectives and meet client and team needs.
  • Conduct transaction requests as directed by advisors.
  • Perform allowable duties as assigned by the advisory team.
  • Documentation for all operations systems to support operations processes.
  • Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy.
  • Any other tasks or assignments to assist in achieving the company vision and mission.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and CRM (Salesforce)

Education and other designations:

  • 3+ years of similar experience preferred
  • Already have federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including the SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident, and health insurance licenses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
