Research, design, and develop novel AI models and algorithms, with a particular focus on Language Models (LLM's) and Generative AI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define AI requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Apply your expertise in LLM's and Generative AI to solve complex problems related to natural language understanding, text generation, language translation, and other relevant applications.
Implement and optimize state-of-the-art AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and evaluate model performance to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of AI systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends, and actively contribute to the knowledge sharing within the organization.
Collaborate with the team to integrate AI solutions into existing products or develop new products that leverage AI capabilities.
Actively participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices for software development and AI engineering.
Document research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge transfer and promote effective communication within the team and stakeholders.
