Very flexible working times and working arrangements - Ericsson already had a very positive attitude to a hybrid model of remote working and office working ten years before the pandemic. And as a parent trying to combine working in a challenging role with making sure I was there for my young children , all my managers at Ericsson were incredibly mindful and respectful of this.
