All of the benefits are amazing!!
They had some of the best benefits I'd ever had at any company. Health was great. The 401K was really good and they really did care about life work balance. I don't have any negative about the benefits that Verizon have.

Could be better. probably a bit better than a 3 star but i wouldn't say its 4 starts. Dental could be covered more
Bare bones benefits relative to technology / strategy roles elsewhere in Fortune 50 companies, but more broadly Verizon looks like its fairly average when it comes to benefits. (No surprise as Verizon generally does not have a culture of 'leading' the pack.)
