You have to know when you want a sick day or vacation a year in advance and even then you are not going to get your requested dates, when you don't get them your too late to get any other days so you just don't get to take them.

Only two weeks. They are keen on hiring a diverse workforce but with that they need to understand many of us have familly in our home countries, 2 weeks is not enough. 3 is sufficient, i wish they had floater days too.
