Death in service award and pension. We had a yearly bonus which has now been changed to every 5 years and capped at £300 if working over 23hours per week £200 if below 23h contract.

You receive discounts at selected restaurants and outlets and have a staff discount (only 10% though). The discount should definitely be increased to 20/30%

It's a part time job for me. The working environment is good, working procedures are well organised, salaries are paid on time based on working hours.
