Zusatzleistungen von Media Consulta

Die angebotenen Mitarbeiterschulungen wurden von der hauseigenen MC Academy durchgeführt. Leider wurden diese nur sehr selten angeboten und wenn dann handelte es sich meistens um Einsteigerschulungen. Man wurde auch selber dazu ermutigt Schulungen zu halten. So hielt ich z.b. selber mehrere Excel Einsteigerschulungen. Andere wichtige Zusatzleistungen wurden nicht angeboten.

There are no benefits at all

It's hard to say because it's nonexistent. They will mention certain perks like language training or health benefits but I never met anybody that actually was approved for these.

Very low pay depending for trainees and below with almost no benefits. It is a saving money on benefits while spend on printing everything type company

mc offers a nice news cafe downstairs with several options of international cuisine. The trasportation costs (of coming to Berlin from another town 5 days per week) were not reimbursed.

Do not join this company, you will face terrible abuse, verbal, physical and mental. Truely awful experience and I know shared by many in the company.

There was very little emphasis given on anything outside of work. Working at this place with children or significant others is problematic.
