Pros - -Help with relocation (Realtor Agency in Hamburg). Which is extremely necessary in Hamburg as it's very hard to get an apartment without it. -About 2000 Euros (Annual) for classes/education/courses/hardware/software + Conference Travels and hotels. -Free coffee, drinks, fruit. -Very law priced meals which can help save lots of money. -They will fix and get you anything you need in-order for you to do the best job possible which is great and very helpful and professional. -Support with Visa/Visa extension etc. -Home office and fantastic work hours. Cons - -Employees are asked to pay for their stay at the company's flat as well as live with roommates (co-workers), which I find not very welcoming and not professional to live with your co-workers under the same roof. Other studios I've worked with either offered flats for free for as long as needed (a couple of months) some even offered an entire private 2-3 room apartment for a very long period of time, which I find to be the professional approach. -They offer 2000 Euros re-fund for the relocation, however I had to move all the stuff myself because of the Christmas holidays and couldn't use any services or help. therefore I lost a lot of time, energy and money that I really needed. Would have been way more fair to get 2000 Euros cash for the move as we all know that any move is very expensive and time consuming. We are all professionals and nobody is playing around with the money, this money should be given for relocation purposes. I found it unfair. -Travel card is being paid 50-50 by both the company and employee, the travels should be paid in full by the company. I find it a lot more professional and fair.
