Better than most in Berlin with flexible time, home office (dependent on your line manager), and bonus. Very relaxed office culture and amazing colleagues all around. In terms of benefits and compared to the big tech companies in the Valley, still a bit behind, i.e. no child care, no dogs allowed, can't bring family to the office

HERE Technologies benefits in Germany are respectable: fitness, fruits, game room, access to the roof top for barbecues, garden, parking. Financial rewards are also available. For me the downside was the lack of a pension plan.
Company & HR could not care less about the employees and related benefits. Asking then something is disturbing them. Changing company soon is a must!

Benefits are too few compared to other big companies
There are annual bonuses for all, the percentage of bonus depends on the job grade but it's in the range of c.a. 7,5-25%. From job grade 11 company offers company car with fuel cards. Some people also get company shares that can be sold after 1,2,3 years.
