„Officially, 1 day per week allowed, but dependent on agreement with your line manager. If they're in a different location, you're likely going to be able to work from where you want. “
„Money for team building, personal growth and education, good team spirit keept“
„It's somehow accepted few times per month“
Gutes Unternehmen, gute Arbeitskonditionen mit flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeofficemöglichkeit!
Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit Home Office Möglichkeit, Events, Fitnesskurse und Fahrtkostenerstattung. Leider keine Sprachkurse
I would say it's the most foreigner friendly company in Berlin.
Fairly flexible worktimes (depends on team and supervisor), company-car (negotiable) with gasoline paid (1%-setup), internal/external training courses (requires approval from supervisor). Some of the benefits differ between offices, even within the same country.
Better than most in Berlin with flexible time, home office (dependent on your line manager), and bonus. Very relaxed office culture and amazing colleagues all around. In terms of benefits and compared to the big tech companies in the Valley, still a bit behind, i.e. no child care, no dogs allowed, can't bring family to the office
Pros: Flexible working hours, work from home Cons: No child support
HERE Technologies benefits in Germany are respectable: fitness, fruits, game room, access to the roof top for barbecues, garden, parking. Financial rewards are also available. For me the downside was the lack of a pension plan.
Company & HR could not care less about the employees and related benefits. Asking then something is disturbing them. Changing company soon is a must!
You usually get some travel expenses reimbursement, phone, laptop and a bonus
Not much benefits for Interns or working students.
