Great benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc) package. The company just started 401k match which is awesome. The one complaint I have is that they boast this "unlimited" PTO time and sell that as a hiring point but then restrict you to 15 days until you've been there 5 years then it goes up to 20 days. Still a decent amount of days off though. Overall happy with their benefit package.

For employees in the Mill Valley office, it's hard to beat the free lunches, free parking and the snacks - though the dog-friendly office factor might trump them all. On the downside, not having an Employee Stock Purchase Plan stings a bit when looking at competitors in the Bay Area.

Glassdoor is known to take care of its employees, which is why it's no surprise they have great benefits. Glassdoor pays for 100% of medical and dental insurance, offers 401k matching, free on-site gym, cell phone reimbursement, great PTO, stocked kitchen, and paid time off for volunteering. Glassdoor is truly taking care of there employees.

Overall the benefits are good and keep getting better every year. They just announced 401k Matching.

-401k with matching as of 2019! -good health insurance and if you opt out you get some compensation on a monthly basis -unlimited PTO and flexible hours + WFH options -partial personal cell phone reimbursement if used for work -amazing culture and lots of social events throughout the year -volunteer days Mill Valley Office Only: Pros: -free daily catered lunch + salad bar, which is so convenient and a big benefit in my mind! -fully stocked kitchen of endless snacks and beverages -free on-site gym and daily fitness classes -dog friendly office -amazing view, right on the water (kayaks and bikes onsite) -free parking Cons: -no bridge toll discount -no incentive programs
