As we have a off shore / Onshore model, the employees though are based here , their benefits would start in later months than Aus employees every year!
The package was pretty ok and in line with my expectations, The have a anual review which is not so great and no bonuses

No additional medical insurance or other medical benefits. Bonuses can be good but highly dependent on the performance of the company (which can be skewed). Salary increases at par.
Benefits are well known in the company. Most things seem to be just in line with minimum regulations in each country.
