    Bourne Leisure do not offer a pension (other than the legal offer required) and no health care. They do offer 28 days off in a year and the ability for you to work flexible hours.

    There are no company perks, the tips go towards the company, like some other places holidays depend on how much you work and any you don't take get given to you at the end of a season, they do offer a pension scheme but there is barely any room for time off

    Worst thing is the annual leave amount and pension contribution information. Best thing is the bonus structure. Mat pay is basic and you receive 90% pay for just a few weeks then smp.

    there isnt anything good ..your promised a great place to work ..and you do the work and then they dont pay you.

    Benefits non existent now with this company.....yes we are in a recession, but people just want rewarding when they are a performing well, other brand leaders can manage and appreciate their staff it so why cant Haven?

    Whilst the pay is not great, you do get free use of the facilities when off duty. Free soft drinks and tea and coffee are available whilst on duty. Free food is also available whilst on duty if you are working a long shift.
