Fair treatment to all employees. The bonus you get every 3 months is quite generous. You need to value the work you have done by giving examples which can be difficult if you don't note it down in the past months.

There is quarterly bonus based on your KPIs, free lunch, drinks, fruit, reimbursement when using the website ( with limit per year), some present comes in the beginning of the year ( not everyone is eligible for it though). All of these are to kind of compensate ( if possible) the low salary they offer.

There is a quarterly bonus, which is 8% of the gross salary for the given quarter. There is also a company gift intended for Christmas but coming in January (a company credit card with 300 EUR in it and a nice backpack with gifts in it). Also, a 1000 EUR annual allowance to spend on bookings made with booking.com where one gets a 25% discount (for those who can afford to travel on that salary). All this adds to the basic salary of 22,500 EUR before tax.
