The great thing about Atheneum is the International people you get to work with.

They give opportunity to international students who have visa and finding job issues due to lack of German language. But the work is really demotivating and most of these international students have qualified masters and this role can be done by students with A levels with good communication skills.

On general bases, Ive found great about Atheneum PArtners benefits.

IF you are good they reward you well , but they keep raising the kpi metrics

There are no benefits at all.

Best: They have a tab at a local bar. Worst: Waiting until Friday for it. Also, overtime is NOT paid.

The bonus makes up 30 to 40% of your income. But nobody knows how it is calculated. It is alchemy, pure alchemy.
