compared to other young tech companies, there is a little less overall pampering of the staff - however, since my salary is relatively high, I am happy that I can decide on my own where to spend it (I don't need my employer paying my gym)

The salary level and work-life balance is really fair. So I personally do not miss the startup-ish popcorn-cereals-candy-soapbubble-pampering :)

- since the salary is relatively high compared to other Berlin based start-ups, the overall package is totally fine - maybe they should consider offering support in setting up a pension fond for the employees
