Applied online, had a series of online questions to fill in. I was then offered an in-person interview shortly after. I was told that the job I had applied to was no longer available, but they would interview me for a different role, which had a few less hours. Fairly straight forward interview, asked me typical questions. The person conducting the interview was the store leader and they were lovely and they informed me they would let me know the outcome in a few days. A week passed and I heard nothing, I called the store and asked for an update, and they said they couldn't give me one as they were still interviewing for the position. Asked me to call back the following week. I did and was told that they still couldn't update me, and they would contact me when they were ready. The following week (3 weeks after the interview) I left a message but I never heard back from the store with an outcome.

Got a call from a lady in recruitment for an interview, asking general questions such as where I lived, salary expectations, why I applied for the role, etc. Despite them not being able to match my current salary I still went for the interview. Before the interview, I needed to do an online personality assessment and then prepare a presentation which took a while to do. The interview was with two people from the business department, asking questions about myself and then the presentation was done. I was told that I would receive a phone call with an outcome and I never did. I believe that it is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to let people sit on interviews that last hours, prepare a whole presentation and they can't even do the bare minimum expectations of their job which is to call the candidate and give them feedback. Companies need to stop doing this, where they have several interviews or an extremely long interview, then ask for presentations and can't even give feedback. It is a waste of time for people like me that have been looking for a job for months.

Intro and briefing on company plans and location of new office. followed by some personal questions. The interviewer was not technical at all and from the HR department. Interview was over zoom remotely.

Amazing process. Great communication throughout. Very clear direction on assessments etc. ‘chemistry’ session is a fantastic idea. Would definitely rate Three’s recruitment process as the best I’ve experienced and definitely contributed to the decisions being made by me.
