It was a very straightforward interview process but what I really valued was the transparency throughout. The entire process from application to offer was outlined on the career page & discussed during the first screening call. Salary conversations were also very clear which was appreciated.

The interview process was clear, communicative and as low stress as a process can be. It tested my skills as a CSM and allowed me to gain insight around the company dynamics, culture and potential new responsibilities. From the initial call with the hiring manager all the way through, I understood next steps, expectations and what would be involved during the entire process.

Process was quite smooth, and communication / feedback was timely. The task gave a good overview of what the job requirements are and also the expectations of the role. It was a good time to meet the teams, but questions could have been more structured about the skills, strengths and experiences.

I had 2 interviews with the Customer Operations Lead and the Customer Integration Lead. The process was very simple and transparent. The first interview we discussed my skills/ experience. As well as the ideal candidate Talon.One was searching for. The second interview was a few days later and I had to familiarize myself with their platform. I was expected to lead a quick demo of their platform. This showed how well I was able to pickup new softwares.

The interview process was great. First was a call with the recruiter, next was an interview with the manager of the team, and the last interview was with the VP of Sales. The whole process was really wonderful. Each interview was very meaningful and each person I talked to had a genuine curiosity in learning about my background and why I chose to apply to Talon.One. I could tell right off the bat that this organization has a very thoughtful team culture. I would encourage anyone who is interested to apply. Talon.One has a very exciting future ahead.

Very well structured. Every stage of the process felt meaningful to the tasks I would perform. I received constant feedback about the interview process and what the next steps would be.

I enjoyed the interview process here – each step was a interesting conversation with an operational person (no "check-the-boxes" HR phone screen). Throughout the process, everything felt more like an authentic effort to get to know me and to help me get to know Talon.One, including a platform demo, conversation with a Co-Founder, and tons of opportunities for questions. Every call (4 in total) largely consisted of what are real challenges / opportunities Talon.One is facing, and brainstorming solutions together. I was interviewing at a few other Berlin SaaS startups at the same time, which were all a lot more robotic. I'm also relocating to Talon.One from the USA and they've been incredibly helpful (rare for a startup at this exciting stage) in figuring out that transition together. Seems like a great culture with awesome people. I definitely recommend you apply – you'll get to think through cool stuff and meet interesting people in the process even if it doesn't end up being the right fit.
