TMW Unlimited: Bewerbungsprozess und Vorstellungsgespräch

Deliver a presentation about me and how I could contribute or meld into their team . It lasted about 10 minutes. Had more than one interviewer present and I had 2 rounds of interviews.

Day of the application reviews, I had an email from HR to confirm an interview. They were really helpful answering any questions that I had. I had a competency-based interview with an Account Director and Account Manager where we discussed the role in further detail and they asked general questions about my experience and how I'd apply it to the role. I was then offered a second interview, which was task based. Whilst I had a great experience, there was some confusion about the role itself and after reflection I withdrew my application

I applied for a role at TMW via LinkedIn. The role was something slightly different from what I’d done in the past but a position I felt confident I had the technical and transferable skills to succeed in. Around 10 days later I received an email from their internal recruiter expressing an interest in my experience and wanted to know when we could have a phone screening call. I explained I was about to go abroad for a fortnight but would be happy to take a call while I was away. He agreed to call me the day after I arrived at my destination. We had the call, which was about 30 minutes long. We discussed my experience and the role. My CV and LinkedIn profile are very clear on what skills I have and what I’ve done in the past, as was my cover letter. At the end of the call, the recruiter said he didn’t think I had the relevant skills and experience to go forward to the interview stage. If he’d actually taken the time to look at my CV and cover letter thoroughly we could have avoided wasting half an hour of my holiday discussing this role.

1st call with HR person, very nice intro to the agency; 2nd interview with line manager online - great communication; 3rd interview with Senior Management in person - very welcoming team.

It was quite informal and with HR first and then the senior hiring manager, but it was positive and more about getting the right personality match rather than skill set. It included a tour of the office

- Call with a recruiter - 30min Skype Interview - Test with 10 questions - really long test including content creation... but never had an answer from them, not even an email or a phone call, which is really disrespectful of the candidate time and work.

Two rounds of interviews. First with the Head of Strategy, secondly with the AD and data analyst on the account. Both were informal and did not involve having to do a presentation - though I had to talk in detail about my experience and show understanding of the client's category.

Took 3 weeks to get a date booked for the first stage interview. Waited for 30 minutes in reception pre interview for interviewer to turn up. Zero feedback or response post interview.

Fairly straight-forward; met with Group Account Director for 1hr and then asked to meet with Business Director shortly afterwards. Questions were fairly straight-forward & specific in regards to accounts; no surprises.

The HR team were very friendly and made it easy to chat freely. Once they decided I would be a good fit for the agency they introduced me to my potential new managers and it was all wrapped up in a matter of days.
