Colloquio fatto in uno sgabuzzino in fretta e furia, non il modo migliore per affrontare al meglio un colloquio lavorativo. Esperienza da non ripetere, la store manager non è stata molto brava a mettermi a mio agio.

The manager did not ask many questions as the main focus is roleplay. He does not care about providing a good customer service or being polite to customers. It was a 2 hour interview with different roleplays related to selling shoes, athletic apparel and even a pen. Also, other roleplays where the manager was aggresive and violent. I did not feel comfortable as I am not used to violence. Honestly, I should have left because I realized it was not the right job for me and he realized that too. However, he kept going and so did I because the moment I stopped the interview I was out. Anyway, I only stayed because I thought it would improve my chances of getting a job since it is a highly competitive and high pressure job, but it is not worth it at all. Sales commissions are not great, yet you have to fight against your coworkers to get it and be the best seller. Otherwise, you are out. Do not even think about calling in sick because your job may be at risk. I really needed the job, but I realized that even if the interview went well, I would have absolutely hated the job, the work enviroment and having him as a manager. Getting a job in Denmark as a foreigner who speaks English and little Danish is quite difficult. Unfortunately, there are bosses/managers (who are Danish or immigrants) who prey on the fact that you need money and a job to exploit people or have poor work conditions/enviroment.

I got a call about a in person interview, however there was no update on the career website. The interview itself was easy, was just asking questions about Footlocker and if I have experience in retail. However, I found the process unprofessional. I just hate it when companies don't update on your process.

Easy process for PT employee. Business casual attire is fine. Look Sharp and speak with confidence. The hiring manager will ask you why you want to work in this establishment. Be honest and tell them how good of a sales rep you are.

Very easy interview asked me my sales experience, and what my availability is, and was told I got the job. I applied one day and received a phone call the very next day. The Manager at the time was relaxed during the interview and made me feel comfortable to answer.

Asked basic customer service questions. In store pos experience, described job expectations and role. Not a very long interview process or extensive. Quick and simple. Not really provided with a follow up

They ask you about your past experiences with a problem and how you solved it. And ask how comfortable you are standing for long periods of time. They also ask about the basics of your knowledge of selling.
