The process was pretty fast. First I had a phone call with a recruiter, Afterwards, I was invited for an assessment in person - all day consisted of different tasks, role plays, group discussion, some general knowledge and lunch with colleagues.

They got in touch with me for a job post at a company. They asked me a few questions about myself and told me they will send my application to the employer. They said they will get back to me but they never did, When I sent an email to ask for an update, they never replied.

-Call with HR team - Lots of good talking for a below-basic salary in London, but kudos to the team for making it seem like the best opportunity in the world - 3 hr interview and mock hours spent on the job - last round to meet managers, false promises such as hybrid work, good commissions ( they only tell you top 1 in 50 people's data)

This is one of the best interview processes I have been through. At all steps, the recruiter was communicative and helpful, and I got very good feedback. The process was also v educational, the company is flexible with scheduling needs. Would recommend.

At first, you receive a Phone Call, where they ask you basic eligibility questions, then you pass a personality test, after you receive an invitation for a zoom interview + training. If you successfully pass the fourth stage, you will be scheduled for an interview with a hiring manager.

Initial contact with recruiter took just around a week then came interview invitation to be done by phone; recruiter promised a feedback/update after a week or two but 4 months after that still remained an empty reassurance!

Wasted a whole day at their office in an interview session with others whilst supposed 'human behaviour' experts had a farce of a day checking out a group of applicants skills and how we interacted in this setting, to filter out the best type of recruiter to move forward. Obviously not I or a couple others made it but it begs the question why not when the greedy 'fast-streamer' misunderstood what I said and was part of my miniscule feedback of why not successful. Once again, contributing to the 90% untrustworthy industry in the UK.

The three interviews I had were conducted in a warm and amicable manner, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of my background, motivations, and suitability for the role. Throughout the interview process, I engaged in exercises that closely resembled the tasks I would be performing as a recruiter on a daily basis. This provided valuable insights into the core activities of the role. Additionally, the interviews were accompanied by a well-structured and informative training program, further enhancing my understanding of the recruitment process. Overall, the interview experience was not only friendly but also provided a thorough preparation for the responsibilities associated with the position.
