Fairly easy interview with standard softball questions. The biggest issue is the company is not clear on strategy. Combine that with a level of hubris and detachment from the reality of having to make sales numbers and you get a lot of flip-flopping on what direction they want to go and lots of delays and starts-stops on specific open positions. Best advice would be go here only if you are dedicated to a fairly narrow IP space and are willing to accept working at a place where they are still figuring out their mission.
