On Campus interview consisting of a virtual interview with a couple of representatives from the organization. It was a pretty casual interview with behavioral type questions which were quite challenging. Interviewers were quite casual in terms of asking the questions but did not provide much visual feedback which would've otherwise helped.

I apply online and I had the next day a phone call from HR and it was a pretty easy interview, then they schedule me with the engineer the next week and when I met with the interviewer and we started a friendly chat.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins in July 2018 four months later. First, a phone interviews with a recruiter and a second phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, a panel interview, the team and HR.

Interview took place on site after on campus career fair. Once interview took place, approximately two months passed before an offer was extended. As part of the hiring process, a visit was organized to tour their facilities.

The whole interview process took several weeks to complete. I had a behavioral interview over the phone, then a "technical" interview again over the phone. The technical interview was really more a review of your resume and previous project history. Overall it took about 2 more weeks after my interview to receive an offer.

I applied online and got called for an interview two weeks later. Behavioral interview was done in person at our school. 30 minute relaxed interview. The first round went well and got called for the second round.

Had a face-face interview after passing the pre-screen phone interview. Had appx 6 hrs of interview with 7 different people. I did not feel interview was hard, but equal importance given to both technical and behavioral questions. Interview experience was great, they acted very friendly and made the process easy.

two interviews. 1st is behavioral (HR). 2nd is by hiring manager. hiring manager asked questions about relevant experience. hands on experience valued much more than course work. engine experience was vital.

Had a phone interview with them. Asked very basic behavioral questions. I had a person with an Indian accent and poor connection. It was very difficult to understand him on my side me on his side.
