Name 5 uses of a stapler without staple pins 31 Antworten1. to hit people 2. as a paper weight 3. remove the spring from inside and use it for some mechanical purposes 4. to remove staple pins 5. to out a nail in the wall. 1. Door stop. 2. Use the stapler as collateral for a loan that you use to buy staples and operate the stapler (which is hopefully helps you pay of the loan in some way...) 3. To scrape off ice from your car window. 4. Bottle opener. 5. Pet Stapler. 5 uses for a stapler without staple pins, huh? I would tell my interviewer that it could be used as a weight to hold down your papers, it could help level out an unsteady table, it could prop open a door, it could keep open a window that keeps closing, and i'd let them know that it is on retainer to meet other needs in the office as they come up. Mehr Antworten anzeigen 1. staple remover 2. paper weight 3. door stop 4. hammer 5. weapon I can use it to hit you in the... 1) head 2 hands 3) chest 4) back 5) junk 1. paper weight 2. wall decoration (Art work, Conversation piece, etc.) 3. spare parts for my working stapler 4. decoy stapler (for my co-workers to 'borrow') 5. parts for a desk catapult I would ask, what kind of stapler is that like, size, length etc...and based on that I can decide what can I do with that. The one thing which is missing is - Create music, provider its of appropriate length. 1) stapling papers together (Staplers don't use pins...they use staples). 2) hemming pants that are too long. 3) nailing co-workers to the cubical wall 4) melting it down and casting 25 mm figures for wargames 5) Sell it on Craigslist to someone that has staples but no stapler. 1. paperweight 2. stress reliever 3. prop to replay scenes from "The Office" 4. Insect smasher 5. Nut cracker I agree with xmundt that staplers use staples not pins. Duh! What you have to understand that there is no stapler..... Looks like this company (EvaluServe) is in India. Isn't it possible that they call staples "pins" there, like how the British call elevators "lifts"? Me: Spring Loaded Catapult, Foldable Back Scratcher, Simulated Drum Kick stand, Controller for Hungry Hungry Papers, Office Jello Filling Mehr Antworten anzeigen 1. Hammer 2. Tongs 3. Lever 4. Weapon 5. Musical Instrument A great opportunity to take a walk around the office 'to borrow some staples' and at the same time get to meet and talk to someone new/you've always wanted to talk to, and explore a new opportunity (preferably a bit bigger than where the next staples are coming from). Repeat 5 times :-) There are many uses of a Staple if there are no pins. But to see the real potential of the staple you need pins. Many. But to see the real potential of staple you would need pins I can think of a million uses for a stapler without pins, but I'm hard pressed to fine one use for a stapler without staples. This question is designed to test the divergence of your thinking. They never mentioned the size or the material from which your stapler was made from. Maybe the stapler is 50 feet long and made of gold? Perhaps made of copper? Notice the repetitiveness of the answers posted. Expect the same in interview sessions from one candidate to the next. Always answer in a way you know they wouldn't expect you to answer. That'll leave your mark. Staplers don't use staple pins. A stapler without STAPLES would be a problem. Even with staples (or "staple pins") I think the stapler barely has six uses. 1. Paperweight 2. Door stop 3. Desk decoration 4. Hammer 5. Anal prob 1. Hammer 2. Toy flip phone 3. Nutcracker 4. fake taser (threaten co-workers) 5. paperweight (I do this...also with tape dispenser or coffee cup) I really like Niall's answer to walk around meeting people, learning what they do - using the need for staples (or staple pins, whatever they get called) as an excuse. I also really like xmundt's answer to make a profit (Craigslist) pairing up your deficient stapler with someone else's need (someone with staples, but no stapler). Mehr Antworten anzeigen 1.Tear an envelope 2.Music instrument 3.Toy Crane 4.To call someone(where talking is prohibited) 5.Switch on something when my fingers are paining - door weight - castanet - plumb bob - tongs - fish scaller (scale both sides with one move) are few of many uses.... i will sell out to some one & with that money i would buy 5 things for five uses 1. To play a prank on someone by telling them there are staples in it. 2. Unfold and use to drag something small out of the space beside/behind a piece of furniture if you can't reach it. 3. Press on to paper the way you would if there were staples to add texture to a page. 4. Unfold and use the metal to cut the tape off of a new box of staples :-) 5. MAKE IT TALK LIKE A PUPPET!!! 1. staple remover 2. paper weight 3. door stop 4. Insect Smasher/Hammer 5. Nut Craker 1. Nose hair puller 2. Alligator puppet toy 3. Mechanical Venus fly trap 4. Toe nail remover 5. The NEW Chinese finger puzzle 6 A new Pez dispenser for candy As an overachiever, I stopped at 6. 1)to staple 2)to remove staple 3)paper weight 4)use as ruler 5)we can compare angles 6)use as weapon 7)use as hammer 8)to call someone by making sound 9)doctors used for stitching 10)music instrument Einer oder mehrere Kommentare wurden entfernt. |

None. All were easy, related to the job experience and the case study they gave. 7 AntwortenPlease don't waste the time of the candidates. If you can't afford them, just don't call them up for interview! Yes i agree with you, they waste the time of the candidates, they say salary is no bar for the right candidate but when you tell your expectations , they behave like a kid. So true. Thanks for your comment. I would request you to share your experience as well so that we can make people aware of what goes on inside this company and they can stay away from it. Mehr Antworten anzeigen They can give any budy more the 20k they can't afford. They can't afford the good candidates, my interview was awesome , then their stupid hr asked for the salary, i said 25 suddenly her experessions got changed and she said the same words to me "we'll get back to you", If you cant afford the candidates like us so why do you call us. You guys wasted my time shame on you. You are right my friend same thing happened to me. Their so called CEO isn't qualified enough for interviewing candidates having even 5 yrs of industry experience. He simply goes through the motions and in the end he's left with nothing but to say "we'll get back to you", as they cannot match the salary that talented people are getting, let alone better it. |

It was easy... consist of puzzles & case studies. 4 AntwortenYou are suppose to eat 28 choclate and for every 3 wrapper u get 1 choclate free? How many minimum chcolate you are suppose to eat ? Ans. 19 What is significance of 1st January 1960 in SAS? Ans. SAS stores everything in form of numbers and considers 1-1-1960 as base date There are two ways of doing quantitative estimates to problems like "how many bricks in the Great Wall" or "how many tennis balls in the United States?". In this case, let's use cars in a particular city. 1. Top-down. Take the population of the city. Countries and/or states often have car ownership records, whoever is the registration authority. In the US, you would use the State DMV, but the US Dept. of Transportation also has that. You would then apply a ratio to the population of the city. You would then adjust the resulting number by demographics. Compare the cities demographics compared to the "average city" in the city/state. For example, cities tend to have younger, richer population. There may be other factors like the antiquated road infrastructure (e.g. Rome), extremely high cost of living/car ownership (e.g. New York City) or car taxes (e.g. Singapore). 2. Bottoms-up. Sometimes you can collect the data manually. Usually, this type of estimate works only were data integrity is good and available. Also, you usually have to do a reality check against a top-down guesstimate anyways. Mehr Antworten anzeigen http://cals.cornell.edu/academics/upload/Case-Interview-Questions-2012-13.pdf |
1st case study was about number of glucometers sold in india 4 Antwortenaround 15 lakh Can you pls elaborate on the procedure to find out the same? the first round involves questions that test your logical ability, english language. it is quite similar to aptitude tests, cat exam etc. this is followed by case studies,in which you are given questions and you have to estimate your answers based on your common sense, logical and analytical abilities. while estimating the answer you are supposed to look at all factors that may effect your answer. you can ask the interviewer questions regarding the case study. along with case study the regular interview question are there ie talk about yourself, why you want to join the company etc. altogether it is good!! Mehr Antworten anzeigen to solve any case study 1. look for factors that contribute to your number 2. look fr factors that may reduce your number 3. go in details 4. use your common sense for glucometers total population of india is 1.2 billion factor contributing to a high number is large population thus more patients factors decreasing the number are low income, less knowledge about the device, prefer hospitals due to risk involved or due to better packages given by hospitals out of the 4% people that suffer from diabetes definitely half wont buy the device.... they cant afford it the next 1% wont buy it as they prefer hospitals the 1% ie 1 20 00 000 is too large out of these people who can afford the device only the ones who are too busy or unable to visit the hospitals would prefer glucometers...thus only 10% of 1, 20,00,000 ie 12 lakh....approx 15 lakh. |

Estimating the revenue of Mc donald's in Delhi? 4 AntwortenAssume average order size at a Mc.D to be Rs.100 assuming it takes 2 mins to serve one order on average they serve 30 orders an hour thus serve 30X24 = 720 orders a day thus serve 720X30 = 21600 orders a month thus serve 21600X12 = 259200 orders a year therefore approx per outlet revenue per year is 2.6 cr (approx) suppose there are a hundred mcdonalds dine-in restaurants in Delhi therefore yearly revenue will be Rs.2592000000 = Rs.259.2 crores or 260 crores now considering take-out/Delivery, Assume Minimum order to be of Rs.200 also assume 100 orders are placed an hour that gives Rs.20000 worth of orders an hour that gives Rs.480000 worth of orders a day that gives Rs. 14400000 worth of orders a month and (14400000X12) = Rs.172800000 worth of orders per year = Rs.17.3 Crores Therefore total revenue for Mcdonalds in Delhi will be ( for one year ) = Rs.260 cr. + Rs.17.3 cr, That gives Rs. 276.5 Crores Mc donalds is not open for 24 hrs in delhi. there are more than one counter and counters are not working every time ,sometimes there are no order Mehr Antworten anzeigen Do we really need to assume figures to answer such questions? firstly, the number of outlets in Delhi need to be known secondly, the average sales per shop per day. |
