For any sensible and matured employee, it is very important to know the environment of the organization. To know the working culture, working style and heritage of the company. Hence for the first 6 months, I shall be observing these parameters of the organization so that I may get with the heritage culture of the company, which will be very essential to create a base for myself to be the pillar of the company. For another 6 months, I would like to take myself beyond the expectations of superiors and subordinates as for the first six months I have done my homework and now I am ready to accelerate with the help and for the help of others in the organization. I would be focusing on my KRAs and deliver what is expected of of me within sipulated time frame for the benefit of myself and the company.
